If the building department requests plan check corrections, I remain involved to revise the drawings as needed until the permit set is complete.

Project schedules can also be affected by engineering review times, agency plan check, and design revisions requested during the process. While changes are a normal part of design, finalizing major decisions early helps keep projects moving efficiently.
